*Dispatch and Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times and delays during peak periods including the Holiday Season of November through to January, as well as due to adverse weather, or other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Loving Tan’s reasonable control.
Online orders are processed and shipped from Brisbane, Queensland Australia so we follow any local Public Holidays. Due to local holiday closures between December 2022 to January 2023, dispatch delays may be experienced.
Once orders are placed, they may not be able to be edited, added to, or cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.
Any import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying if any.
Returns
We hope that you love your Loving Tan products as much as we do. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your unopened, unused, undamaged, original packaging products to us within 30 days from date of delivery, in exchange for a store credit. Please note we do not accept returns purchased from Loving Tan stockists. All items purchased from retail partners must be returned to the retailer from which the products were purchased in accordance with their return policies.
We take immense pride to ensure all items are shipped correctly and in perfect condition. However, occasionally items may become damaged in transit. If you are concerned you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email at info@lovingtan.com providing photographic evidence of the damage or defect. If the product is deemed damaged/defective, you will be issued with a full refund. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 days to clear the funds back into your account.
COVID-19
Our warehouse is operating as normal in accordance with WHO practices and orders are being processed daily, however some carriers are experiencing delays to some countries. Some shipping services may currently be temporarily unavailable to your country. Our website is updated daily with service availability. Special Location Exceptions
